EPIC.LAN is known for breeding young talent in the game providing opportunities for observers, production staff and upcoming casters to prove their ability. With EPIC.LAN 44 being just around the corner meet your CS2 casters!
Returning for his fifth time, veteran Orson “SeveralSheep” Schuijers looks to lead the lineup of CS2 casters. Building his career in ESL Challenger League, European Pro League and UKIC, he has become a well-known figure within the UK scene. In his spare time, SeveralSheep also commentates on the Dutch Lacrosse League.

Vlad “WaXeN” Catusanu joins SeveralSheep looking to build upon his own impressive resume. Most commonly found working alongside British Esports and Dota2 WaXeN notably feature on the ESF World Esports Championship 2023 and 2024. Within CS he has been casting ESL Challenger League for the last two seasons and other tier-C tournaments with SeveralSheep allowing these two to develop a strong casting duo.
Tyler “oTYL3R” Hewstone joins EPIC.LAN this time as a caster having previously competed at EPIC MANY times. A very active member of The Binmen oTYL3R has shown time and time again his passion for UK CS, from competing to coaching in the EPIC.LAN 41 Cédric “RpK” Guipouy and Kenny “KennyS” Schrub showmatch and now to the mic. It will be fascinating to see how he can use his diverse experience in his casting.

Joining as the newbies, Alexander “OneWing” Derhamand and Alessandro “Sh1n” Scaglia are relatively unknown casters within the UK esports scene. A Bournemouth FC supporter at heart, OneWing has been active within the UK CS scene but has yet to make his mark, until now. Coming from over the pond, Sh1n has previously casted multiple ESEA and UKIC games for various teams including Cardiff University Esports Society and Sashi Esports. These two are an exciting upcoming duo to watch, having previously casted some UKIC games together.
EPIC.LAN as previously mentioned has always been a breeding ground for young talent. Kettering has seen greats such as Alex “Machine” Richardson, Brandon “BDog” Rawlings, Joshua “Dweg” Nathan, Jamie “TheEternalJay” Martin, Michael “Youm3” Cassidy, Kyle “CodyCasts” Mullings and our very own Freddie “GrimyRannarr” Pritchard. In addition, we have seen a lot of casters go on to other higher tier broadcasts recently such as Leyna “Affinity” McQuillin moving into the ESL Impact League and duo Tim “Timmo” Musters and Harry “index” Bayliss have been able to experience their first CCT Tournament. It is almost a rite of passage to pass through the halls of Kettering as a talent member.
Whilst the UK does not seem to produce the highest quantity of tier-one players, the broadcast team for tier-one events is flushed with UK commentators, hosts and analysts. With the new wave getting their chance to shine, who will take advantage of the opportunity to skyrocket their career?
